The International Committee of Historical Sciences presently consists of 54 National Committees, 22 internationally affiliated organizations, and 17 internal commissions. Each national committee represents all historical organizations in its own country.

  Its official organ is composed of the Bureau and General Assembly. It publishes Bulletin(Bulletin d'  information) to inform various activities of the Committee to each of member countries and to coordinate informations.
